Terms of Service
These starter terms cover the public site, free audit, and hosted console. A signed customer agreement controls when it conflicts with these terms.

Using the service
- These terms apply to the public site, free audit, and hosted console unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping account access secure, and for ensuring your users are authorized to act for your organization.
- You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful, harmful, or infringing material.
Operational boundaries
- Indigoscale is not an emergency response service. Life-safety paths are supervised and documented, not remotely controlled by software.
- Facility Operating Records, receipts, and audit outputs depend on available evidence. Planning-grade estimates remain labeled until measured or customer-provided evidence supports them.
- Pre-release or pilot features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn without becoming production commitments.
Customer data and permissions
- You retain rights to the records and operational data you submit. You grant Indigoscale the permissions needed to host, process, secure, analyze, and support that data for the service.
- You are responsible for obtaining any internal approvals, third-party permissions, or notices needed before sharing site, carrier, device, or user information with us.
Fees, intellectual property, and feedback
- Paid services, if any, are governed by the applicable order form or signed agreement.
- Indigoscale and its licensors retain ownership of the software, designs, documentation, and service materials.
- If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or obligation, while your underlying customer data remains yours.
Disclaimers and limits
- The public site and free audit are provided as-is for evaluation and planning unless a signed agreement states otherwise.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Indigoscale disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Either party may stop using the public or free portions of the service at any time. Terms that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.
