- Account and organization details used to run the hosted console, including role and tenant membership.
- Facility Operating Record inputs such as bills, carrier notices, equipment records, device status, telemetry, receipts, and support history.
- Usage, log, device, and security data needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
How we use information
- To provide audits, console access, Operating Records, support, billing, security, and customer communications.
- To label evidence, maintain receipts, troubleshoot service issues, and enforce governed access controls.
- To improve reliability, product quality, and abuse prevention without treating planning-grade data as measured proof.
How we share information
- With service providers that host, secure, analyze, or support the service under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
- With authorized users in your organization or implementation partners you direct us to work with.
- When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
Retention and choices
- We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy audit and ledger obligations, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements.
- You may request access, correction, deletion, or export by contacting us. Some operational records may be retained when needed for security, compliance, or proof integrity.

Security and children
- We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, but no online service is risk-free.
- Indigoscale is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
